Our flagship show is, of course, the request show. ‘You Say It, We Play It’ is the show that does exactly what it says on the tin. Hear your favourite song played between 8 and 9 every weekday evening. Look out for our request collectors out and about on the wards. But have no fear, if they don’t make it to your ward this evening you can call in. Just call *4004 from the hospedia unit by the side of the bed. Alternatively if you are not on a ward or maybe you are at home wanting to have a request played for a loved one in the hospital you can also call on

GHR Sport

GHR Sport scores first! We look after our sports fans and particularly followers of the Mariners. Every Grimsby Town home game can be heard live here on GHR throughtout the hospital. Commentary is brought to you from Blundell Park by Howard Swain, Chris Elliot and David Elliot along with details of the other matches taking place around the country.
